About Happy Haus Happy Haus is a designer pre-made homes business; we are different from a kit home in that we are prefabricated in a factory and delivered 100% complete. We have partnered with Australia’s finest architects and Queensland’s largest privately owned builder, Hutchinson Builders to provide fast, green and smart modular housing. Our homes and pods are built in a factory just outside of Brisbane taking between 4-10 weeks; each module is delivered on truck, craned onto site and installed within a week. Whether you need a home extension, a getaway pad or expansive double storey home, Happy Haus has a range of architecturally designed solutions. We think Happy Haus is paving the way for the future, a fast, affordable and smart way to build a designer house. Our current range of homes are designed by Brisbane based architects, Donovan Hill and Owen & Vokes and offer a high level of finish and unique and distinct look.

Features

• Sustainable homes with a small footprint. Our houses are built in controlled factory conditions, containing pollutants to one area and eliminating disruption to the environment and surrounding area.
• Our light weight house are installed via crane and designed to work around the existing natural environment to preserve trees and vegetation.

• Our narrow plans enable passive heating and cooling with excellent cross ventilation. All designs are responsive to solar power and can be modified to meet the highest bush fire ratings.

• Fully flexible, adaptable and relocatable, our houses are suitable for urban, coastal, rural and remote settings.

Office Location

Our display house is part of the WHITE SERIES by Owen & Vokes - conveniently located on the corner of Grey and Tribune Streets, South Bank its opened seven days   12-5pm.
Happy Haus also have a display home at Stradbroke Island open by appointment; the house is designed by Donovan Hill as part of our DHAN SERIES.
